Kirk Reynolds

Kirk Reynolds has been fitness-focused since 2010. Finding himself with an abundance of “sympathy weight” from the births of his children, he was ready to make a change.
Starting his fitness journey, Kirk went headlong into learning as much about training as he possibly could, obtaining Crossfit level 2 and Crossfit kids certifications, training kids and adults alike in his hometown. Realizing there was more to fitness than just making yourself tired, he obtained the National Academy of Sports Medicine’s “Certified Personal Trainer“ and “Corrective Exercise Specialist” certifications. As a lifelong learner, he is always keeping up to date on the newest research and fitness trends.
Kirk loves training all ages, but feels great enjoyment helping those in the Senior Age and Diabetic communities. Kirk is a Type-1 Juvenile Diabetic, so he understands the complications and frustrations of it.
As a Corrective Exercise Specialist, he has seen many clients who struggle to get back into training after injuries or extend ed time off from the gym. He knows it takes time to build strength back up, and is patient with your progress.

Hi, I’m Tara. I love to workout. I’ve seen dramatic changes and results in my own life through the work I’ve done in the gym. Over the years, I’ve studied many different aspects of health and fitness. I’ve helped many men and women in their personal health and fitness journeys, as well as had the privilege to be part of some major Weight-loss transformations. Since 2005, I have compiled and continue to research and test different methods of training. It is humbling to get to share what I’ve learned, with those who trust me with their fitness.
I first started as a Body Pump instructor. By implementing weight-training into my lifestyle, i started to see not only changes in my body, but in my personal growth and confidence. The work we do in the gym is directly correlated to the way we live our lives. I quickly became addicted to fitness and now hold over 20 fitness certifications as well as my Ace personal training. Shortly after, I opened a Women-only private training studio. This was a unique time and environment. It gave me the chance to grow as a teacher/ trainer. I worked with women from all walks of life… overweight women, women with eating disorders, athletes, women with injuries, single mothers, women struggling with conception, alcohol abuse, abusive partners, women who had lost limbs, breast cancer survivors, seniors, high-school girls, brides, competitive dancers, and regular housewives just trying to work and be a mother who is trying to get a few hours/ week to herself in the gym, I even had a supermodel in the mix.
Another opportunity led me into being part of a world-class training facility where many Olympic athletes are known to train…If you are looking for references, go on Yelp and search Tahoe Club 100 in South Lake Tahoe to hear what my clients have had to say. In this environment, I started training men. I’ve been blessed with new clients who have become close friends and mentors to me. During my time at Club 100, I developed a new passion for training for NPC (National Physique Committee) Bodybuilding competitions as a professional Bikini Competitor. This type of training challenged me physically, but also shaped me into a better trainer during the process. I have since put many others through my 12 week Transformation program. For those who are willing to commit, the program will get you results. At the time I left Club 100, I was teaching 17 Group Fitness classes/ week, and training full time.
The journey continues, in Sandpoint. I'm available for personal training at the Sandpoint Natural Fitness Gym location. if you see me in the gym, please, come say hello. Whether you are an athlete, or someone looking to break up the monotony of your current routine or a beginner who is brand new to the gym, my job is to assist you in advancing to your next stage. There is no shame in hiring a coach/ trainer. If you want to get better at something, you hire a coach. Even the best athletes or smartest, wealthiest business people hire coaches. When the student is ready the teacher appears. I believe that no matter what age we are or what profession we are in, we should never stop learning. And, because most of my clients see me far more often then they see their own doctors, I take my continuing education seriously. I am committed to staying updated on cutting edge health and fitness topics as well as attending annual fitness conferences nationwide.
Achieve your best body as well as be inspired to live healthier. In addition to training, I am a Healthy Livings Coach/ Educator for Arbonne as well as a certified WayFinder Life Coach. Physical health, mental health, the food we put in our bodies, it’s all connected. I have nutrition programs available, and I love coaching people through 30 Day cleanses!! I’m an empathetic listener who understands the challenges people face while improving their health and fitness. Together with my clients, I come up with strategies to define goals, break through barriers and far surpass the initial goals. My training sessions are designed to not only challenge you, but elevate your confidence and empower you with strength. To me, it’s not just a workout. It’s a “work-in,” it’s a process. It’s progress, not perfection. It’s connecting with yourself each time you workout. If you are dreading going to the gym, you haven’t found the right workout. Your workout should make you feel alive
Seth Lovin

My journey into the world of fitness began at 16, sparked by the need and desire to overcome childhood health challenges such as a brain surgery at 15 and an immune condition, both which severely limited my physical activity. The surgery addressed one issue, and exercise became my solution for the other. What started as a personal journey developed into a desire for helping and teaching others that physical restrictions can often be solved with knowledge and consistent, structured application.
With experience in physically demanding roles such as concrete finisher, trail crew member and ski patroller, I know all to well how hard work and repetitive movements leads to dysfunctions. As an avid skier, snowboarder, mountain biker, and runner in North Idaho, I also understand the demands and sometimes consequences of our mountain playground. I am able to keep doing these things I love because of a focus on functional movement, corrective exercise, and daily maintenance. This translates to more optimal movement patterns, reduced chance of injury, increased performance and overall well-being.
As a certified personal trainer specializing in corrective exercise, I love helping people overcome limitations, move with confidence, and thrive in any activity no matter your age or goal.
If you are interested in finding out how corrective exercise and a personalized training program can improve your life, then contact me and let’s work together to keep you strong, mobile, and lovin life in beautiful North Idaho.
